MSPA EA conference team is happy to share that the 2026 Conference planning is well underway!
We have heard loud and clear from many of you that you will be joining us in exciting and beautiful Alicante, Spain. But before we see you all, we need to hear from our members who would like to share their experiences, presentations and case studies relevant to our theme. These presentations can be about clients, products, processes or people as your business adapts for the future.
Our conference in Tallinn for 2025 was a resounding success and the programme was again highly rated, so a hard act to follow so our plan is to prepare the best ever event we can; ensuring inspirational, relevant and authentic content, great networking and above all a focus on our theme for 2026-

Our MSPA focus and theme for 2026 recognises the three main opportunities and challenges for us all:
- Help us extend the conversation beyond CX to recognise product, placement, promotion, price, premises, people, prevention…
- …and take the lead with our services supporting Operational Excellence in all its forms for our clients…
- …and finally demonstrate pride in the best examples of our work.on investment
These opportunities demonstrate an ever increasing and divergent use of Professional Mystery Shopping and Auditing – with more and more focus on speed, connectivity, accuracy, cost efficiency and the measurement and motivation of the issues that matter most to our clients, as they strive for Operational Excellence and Commercial Impact.
The list of issues gets ever longer, we help identify and improve everything from a great customer experience to the price and availability of products, the compliance with legislation to the promotion of brand in a competitive marketplace.
We know all of our delegates will have a tale to tell, to connect, learn and share from our collective experiences – our conference stage waits for those who will be prepared to share and elevate the conversation – Step up and Lead the Way - we look forward to your ideas!

GET INVOLVED
Send your application as soon as possible, last application date 1ST FEBRUARY 2026!
We are looking for 3 types of collaboration:
- Case Study presentation – This can be presented alone by a client or a MSPA Member, co-presenation with a client & MSPA member are as well welcome. These case studies can be about clients, products, processes or people as your business adapts for the future.
- Depending on content, time-table and availability these sessions will be scheduled by MSPA EA on main stage or in concurrent sessions.
- Key-note presentation – Presentations must be of general interest and include interaction and impact for the audience connected to our theme
- Interactive session or panel member - Group discussion or workshop session on relevant topics to our industry. If you would like to host or take part in an interactive session or panel, please feel free to let us know.

There are a limited number of time slots available, the first speakers are about to be confirmed, don't wait and present your details today! The relevant deadlines are published when you open the online application form!
A few notes before you apply...
- Deadline for applications is February 1st, 2026.
- All presentations must be done in English. Unfortunately, MSPA cannot provide simultaneous translation.
- MSPA EA is a non-profit association. As a member of MSPA, it is expected that your contribution will be voluntary, free of charge (you/your company will have to pay for travel, conference registration fee, accommodation and any expenses or optional events);
- However, if you bring one of your clients to present a case study, MSPA EA might cover the client expenses which includes: Conference fee, flight ticket (economy class) and 1 or 2 hotel nights. In addition, if you bring a client to present a case study, your company will be listed as one of the conference supporters.
- Applications will be contacted by the conference team to schedule a conference call, to occur in January/February/March.
- Kindly note that all applicants will receive an answer, even if they are not accepted! So, in case you do not hear back from MSPA EA, please contact the conference team at info@mspa-ea.org.
- After the conference, your presentation and recordings of presentations will be published in the MSPA EA website. By applying to be a speaker at the conference, you are accepting sharing your presentation. MSPA EA accepts that you may want to delete some slides, however the final version of the presentation file to be used at the conference must be submitted together with the file you are willing to share with the delegates.
