Refreshments and lunch on the day are included within the fee. Excluding VAT, transportation and accommodation are not covered

  • The evening before the masterclass, Wednesday September 16th, an informal netowkr dinner is orgnaised for those who arrive early in Amsterdam. Trainers will be attending of course as well. And extra fee of Euro 65 is asked, including a 3 course set menu dinner and 2 drinks.

Jill is a leading figure in the world of Mystery Shopping, having worked in varied and challenging roles for blue chip retailers as clients of Mystery Shopping, and with leading UK Providers providing a valuable perspective from all sides.  Over the past 20 years, Jill’s core objective has been to raise the profile of customer service in business. It is a testament to her passion and commitment for the subject that the companies Jill has worked for, and in partnership with, now place customer experience at the very top of their boardroom agenda.

Jill is past president of MSPA EA and previously MSPA Global chair.

Andy Firth

Head of Insights and Analytics, Ipsos UK Ltd

Andy started working in the research and mystery shopping industry in 1998 following graduation from the University of Sheffield. Andy spent the first 9 years of his career in the ‘research’ side of the business focussing on a range of methodologies including customer satisfaction, market measurement, U&A and qualitative research, before moving to the mystery shopping division in 2007.  As Head of Insights in Ipsos’s UK Channel Performance Service Line, Andy oversees the Analytics team aimed at ensuring that account facing colleagues deliver true impact to their clients through actionable insights and high-end analytics. 

Andy is current President of MSPA Europe Africa and Global Board Representative for MSPA EA. 

    

David Butruille

David Butruille

Managing Director, Qualimetrie - France

David started in IT in France and the UK, including at Microsoft, he went on to found and develop a software Joining the Qualimetrie Group in 2017 as a partner in the Mystery Shopping and marketing research consultancy specialized in Customer Experience management, David leads the company’s digital transformation and organizational structuring. With over 15 years’ experience company specializing in business continuity, which he sold in 2016. As the “tech & organization” go-to person, he now leverages his expertise to drive operational performance, innovation and AI at Qualimetrie. A true tech enthusiast, he believes technology can elevate people and free them to focus on what truly creates value. 

    

Stefaan Vandroogenbroeck

Stefaan Vandroogenbroeck

Stefaan is the CEO of Multi-Value, a European company specialising in mystery shopping, customer research and customer experience programmes. 

With more than 28 years of experience in customer experience and mystery shopping, Stefaan helps organisations translate customer insights into concrete actions that improve both customer experience and operational performance. A key focus of his work is linking mystery shopping and customer experience programmes with training and coaching initiatives, helping organisations turn insights into real behavioural change on the shop floor. 

Stefaan is deeply involved in the global mystery shopping industry. He has served as President of MSPA Europe/Africa and Global Chair of MSPA, contributing to the development and recognition of the profession worldwide.
