Designed to look at advances in Operational Excellence, based on the MSPA Europe Africa Guidelines, market best practices, our trainers experience and the use of the latest techniques and technologies, we will be creating a space for sharing ideas to create effective solutions.

How To Register

- Price is 350 Euros - the fee includes scheduled sessions on May 19th 2025 as well as refreshment breaks and lunch. Excluding VAT, transportation and accommodation are not covered.
- The day after the workshop, May 20th, 2025, several providers organize their software meetings and you might want to combine and stay to attend these as well.
- Feel free to ass to your workshop registration attending the Welcome reception/dinner of the annual conference (AGM) of MSPA EA which will be organised on Tuesday evening, May 20th - we welcome over 175 professionals and members; Euro 120,- including a buffet dinner and drinks are included.
- An invoice, including an online payment possibility to pay by credit card, will be sent to you by email after receipt of your registration and when the workshop is officially confirmed by MSPA Europe/Africa - latest last week of March 2025.
Bookings & Cancellation policy:
- The workshop Fee includes all schedules sessions, materials, 2 scheduled coffee/refreshments breaks and lunch on Monday May 19th, 2025. The fee excludes VAT, and any dinner, hotel & travel costs (such as accommodation).
- Cancellation is only possible in writing and send to info@mspa-ea.org. If cancelling latest March 25th, 2024 no costs are charged; as of March 25th to May 1st, 2025 a Euro 200 will be charged per cancellation for administrative purpose. If cancelling on or later than May 2nd, 2025 the full registration fee will be charged. You may always let another colleague take your place at no extra charge or cancellation fee.
- In cases of force majeure (for example war, public unrest, close to civil war, strikes, epidemics, natural disasters) MSPA holds the right to cancel the Masterclass in full or reschedule to another date. MSPA will do there utmost to refund the registration fee in full or partly to the delegates, reduced with the cancellation costs received by third parties. Damages and costs third parties, resulting from the action of force majeure circumstances will not be compensated to delegates (like flight tickets, hotel costs, etc).
- An invoice is send by MSPA Europe/Africa for the Workshop fee. The invoice needs to be settled within 3 weeks after receiving the invoice.
- When the Workshop is confirmed all delegates receive an official confirmation. At the time the Masterclass/Workshop will be confirmed all delegates receive information on the hotel were the Masterclass is organised to reserve a hotel room directly at the hotel if required. Please do not reserve an hotel room before MSPA confirms the Masterclass to you to prevent any cancellation difficulties, however most hotels do offer very flexible cancellation criterias.
- MSPA Europe/Africa holds the right to cancel the Masterclass/Workshop if the minimum number of delegates is not reached - 12 persons - latest 6 weeks prior to the Workshop.

Transfer from and to the Airport
Taxi stand is available right in front of the airport; easy and enough taxis available; it is only as 10/15 drive which will cost Euro 10/15.
As well a transfer can be pre-ordered via https://www.holidaytaxis.com/en/. We checked it out and it works really easy and good, and they offer private taxi transfer or a shuttle service that drives from the airport to the different hotels and resorts.
