It's traditionally held during the first week of October, and the concept is very simple. Companies are encouraged to focus on a different element of their business each day, and involve their whole team in the activities that take place. The idea is that as a business, the more effort you put in, the more you'll get out of it!
This year, MSPA Europe has created a Customer Service Week plan for its members! It will be a 5-day event, which runs from 3rd - 7th October. Each morning, we will email out a worksheet full of ideas on a specific topic for you to share with your team.
These are just ideas to help get you started! You may like to think of other activities for your office - you can do as much or as little as you like! We encourage all members to take part and involve everyone in their business. This is a great way to boost team morale as well as making improvements to your business!
