The theme of the 15th annual MSPA conference was, FASTER, HIGHER, STRONGER, encourages us to learn and not least to recognise the values and origin of the Olympic Games as an inspiration to us all. We may never compete as individuals on this higher stage but can take inspiration from the current motto of Higher, Faster, and Stronger - that way we all have the best chance to meet the current challenges and grow. Experts from the worldwide business of mystery shopping gathered in Athens, Greece to discuss included mystery shopping experts, providers and clients, discussing vital areas of interest to both large and small companies. Almost all guests joined the welcoming reception on Tuesday and the Dinner event on Thursday evening; they enjoyed a magic dinner at The Islands Club Restaurant with Greek dancers and excellent food and wines.
