Message from the MSPA EA President - Stefaan Vandroogenbroeck

After a great summer I am pleased to say I have just returned from a productive first Stefaanboard meeting of my 2 year term as president.

We had two brainstorming days at Schiphol, with motivated board members focussed on our critical objective ‘How can we continue to give more benefits to our members?’ I am delighted to share with you, as an MSPA member, some key priorities for the coming year, developed by our Board Team Focus Groups;

EDUCATION

At the beginning of September we launched onto the website our new LMS (Learning Management System) GDPR accreditation, the first of many courses that we will be launching.

NikkyMSPA members and their staff can now access it, and already over 100 of you have taken advantage of it! The GDPR course gives you the opportunity to improve your knowledge and demonstrate this to clients and business partners. Don’t miss the opportunity to take advantage of the current entry price of €49 reduced from €79. In the coming weeks we will actively working on the content of 2 new LMS courses that will be available for you and your team at the beginning of 2020.

MEMBERSHIP

We thank you, as a member, for your continued support in making the MSPA stronger and stronger every year. To continue our growth, we have finalised new pricing and membership criteria so that we can add complementary support companies to our organisation. The associated membership give the possibility for companies with additional services (training, coaching, advice, software, etc…) to join the association and to collaborate together with Mystery Shopping companies to build further our collective professionalism.

The good news is for the 10th year running we have not raised our prices, while continuing to add more value to an ever increasing number of members. You can find the different membership categories below and more details are coming on our website soon.

WORLDWIDE NETWORKING

The MSPA board are constantly looking for new opportunities. We will continue to increase networking possibilities between our members in Africa, Europe and globally with membership growth, building bridges with other associations and interesting events and webinars relating to mystery shopping that we will organise the coming year.

ROME WORKSHOP 2019

The Workshop Week in Rome is being finalised by our excellent speakers. We have learnt that you really enjoy genuine case studies, so we have integrated them within the workshops. The Workshop Week will give many practical ideas, tips & tricks as well as new networking contacts. Feedback from previous workshops has been excellent, so don’t miss this opportunity. Register yourself or your employees for the workshop week on 27th and 28th November, you won’t get better value!

CONFERENCE 2020 - Varna, Bulgaria

And finally! We are brainstorming our 2020 Varna Conference content, with great new ideas following from Split - our largest conference to date!  Watch this space as we discuss how new perspectives in Mystery Shopping can assist with the challenges faced by our clients. Put Varna 2020 in your agenda, conference dates 19th to 21st of May and watch this space as the "Call for Speakers" is send out shortly.

It is our main objective to give you, as an MSPA member, real value and benefits for your business. If you need any support, contact Nikky, any of the board members or myself, and we will be very happy to help you!

We will keep you informed on a regular basis, with our newsletter and social media (please like us on Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, Twitter and YouTube).

The last months of the year are very important in our business, and the board and myself wish you all a very productive final quarter of 2019!

The board and myself would be delighted to see you in Rome end of November!

Stefaan
