As promised we can confirm that our Ethics and Standards Certification programme is open and ready for all members and their employees!  This is essential background learning for anyone in Mystery Shopping.

We have also created a specific course on our COVID-19 Protocols that is important for all to understand and demonstrate their knowledge.
