LIVE (pdf version)- Preliminary DELEGATE LIST
LIVE (html version)- Preliminary DELEGATE LIST

The MSPA EA conference team are happy to share that the 2025 conference planning is well underway!

Our conference in Cyprus for 2024 was a resounding success and the programme was again highly rated, so a hard act to follow so our plan is to prepare the best ever event we can; ensuring inspirational, relevant and authentic content, great networking and above all a focus on our theme for 2025.

Help us...

SPREAD THE WORD

Extend Reach, Increase Relevance and Improve Return for clients, members and colleagues with MSPA

Our MSPA focus and theme for 2025 recognises the three main opportunities and challenges for us all:

  • How do we extend the reach of our services to partner with other techniques and technologies that help our clients…
  • Where do we focus to increase the relevance of the services we provide…
  • and finally what proof can we provide that demonstrates a meaningful return on investment

We have seen our industry move from economic boom to recession, the impact and utilisation of the online, web and social media explosion, our global focus and obsession with Customer Experience and the increasing importance of Colleague Engagement, Product Presentation and Safety.  We have seen the importance and relevance of Privacy for customer and employees backed by legislation all around the world, and a pandemic of massive health, social and commercial impact.  A rise in cost of living, international conflict, and mixed levels of growth. Now we see technology as a safety line with AI to help us generate more content quickly and accurately and to help translate, convert, process and validate our data!

So with all (and we mean all!) this in mind it is now more important than ever that we:

SPREAD THE WORD as we Connect, Learn and Share together.

Erve Lettermo

Welcome to Estonia – Where One Size Does Not Fit All!

Adapting Mystery Shopping to Regional Business Realities

Kerli and Erve are delighted to welcome you to Estonia and Northern Europe, where history, culture and a thriving modern economy reflect the diversity and opportunity in the region.  In an ever-evolving landscape, applying a uniform mystery shopping approach across different markets can fall short of delivering true value.  Dive operates across eight diverse countries covering Nordics, Baltics, and Poland—where business cultures, customer expectations, and service standards vary significantly.  This presentation explores how to tailor methodologies to align with each region's specific business challenges and KPIs, ensuring that insights go beyond compliance checks and actively contribute to business growth.

Lea König and Truong Nguyen

Actions, not Metrics drive Profit!

Break the tyranny of metrics! Judgements and Actions speak louder

Lea and Truong provide us with a wide-ranging series of opinions, principles and best practice that recognise a different way forward, driven by engaging teams to deliver action. Measurement is not an alternative to judgement, measurement demands action - OpinionWay will help us understand what to measure, how to evaluate the significance of what’s been measured, how to get better. Make the metrics available to drive action. Using real life examples form leading brands in retail, the case for action is loud and clear.

12:00 - 12:25

Stay Relevant! Change before it is too late… | Personalisation, Sustainability and Convenience – the pillars of new retail – are you ready?

Sourabh Narsaria

Stay Relevant! Change before it is too late…

Personalisation, Sustainability and Convenience – the pillars of new retail – are you ready?

The future of retail lies in ever more personalised offerings, credible sustainability of products and services, and convenience in all its forms around where, when, how and what to buy.

Sourabh from Floorwalk explores how consumer expectations have evolved, and that seamless ethical shopping is the new standard. Recognising clients are moving fast to adjust, the case for their suppliers to keep pace is stronger than ever. Mystery Shopping companies that adapt by embracing new methods and tools will stay relevant in this fast-changing landscape.  Sourabh shows real innovative examples to illuminate our future.

12:25 - 12:40

How to make your cup flow over… | Prove real ROI by measuring the things that matter – ordering more coffee could not be more simple!

Keira Mackenzie-Smith

How to make your cup flow over…

Prove real ROI by measuring the things that matter – ordering more coffee could not be more simple!

Sometimes the obvious is right in front of you and you don’t realise – Keira kindly takes us through how measuring the upsell at a coffee counter is just the start of a journey that proves to a client that improving the learning curve at the point of customer contact is not just a good thing to do – it actually pays for itself, and makes money! Measuring the simplest actions in financial terms, pre and post training intervention, will make the case.

How ROI Can Cripple Your Reach...

Focus on the means not the end

If you’ve seen Steven Di Pietro on social media, you’ll know he’s everywhere. Why does he post so much? In this session, Steven, with over 20 years of mystery shopping experience, explains how his strategy ties into the conference theme of Reach, Relevance, and Return. He’ll reveal why focusing on traditional metrics like ROI can cripple your ability to expand your reach. Instead, he’ll show you how consistency breeds credibility, keeping you in the game. You can do this even without meaningful connections. Through real stories and simple examples, Steven demonstrates how his approach delivers results—and how you can do the same.

The EX Effect - How to increase Employee Satisfaction and Profit! | Finding the gaps to increase employee satisfaction and see the results

Zoltán Herczeg

The EX Effect - How to increase Employee Satisfaction and Profit!

Finding the gaps to increase employee satisfaction and see the results

Employee satisfaction/happiness is a challenge that businesses across all industries face, with significant financial and operational implications. The client, a leading personal loan provider, faced a staggering 35% employee turnover (fluctuation) rate, costing them millions in lost training investment and declining customer trust. To address this issue, you have to think outside the box, using undercover "mystery employees" to gather insight and develop actionable solutions. The project uncovered critical flaws in recruitment, onboarding, and management processes. By addressing these issues the company went on to reduce staff turnover and increase profitability - look after the people and they will look after your business.

11:55 - 12:15

A Fresh Look From All Sides | Follow the journey from the shop floor to the top floor

Patrik Pridalko

A Fresh Look From All Sides

Follow the journey from the shop floor to the top floor

It is always valuable to get a 360 view and we are pleased to introduce Jeno to our stage once again with someone who also knows our business inside out!  Patrik Pridalko is a country manager for iSTYLE (a major Apple partner) who started working life as a Mystery Shopper, then as a Key Account Manager at BARE.  He has seen how bringing internal and external insight creates a valuable dynamic – so their programme of internal and professional audit and mystery shopping finds the gaps and opportunities for improvement and opens room for new innovative solutions like app based self-audit programmes for retail staff. Jeno and Patrik look forward to telling their story and taking your questions.
